We encourage the submission of abstracts on any research or clinical topic related to MS and other neuroimmunological disorders.  Abstracts are NOT restricted to studies that fall under the theme of this year’s forum.  Similarly, abstracts selected for platform presentations in the “Emerging Concepts in MS” or “Cutting Edge Developments in MS Research” sessions will not be restricted by the theme of the forum.

Submission FAQs

+ What do I do if I have multiple accepted abstracts to present?

If more than one of your abstracts is accepted for poster presentation and are scheduled for presentation during the same poster session, please consider having a co-author present one of the abstracts.

+ How do I withdraw my abstract?

You should withdraw your presentation only under extraordinary circumstances. If you are unable to find a replacement and must withdraw an abstract, please notify ACTRIMS immediately.

+ Is there a limit to the number of abstracts I can submit?

There is no limit to the number of abstracts that an author can submit. All abstracts submitted will be rated/graded by the Scientific Review Committee. Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified no later than the week of November 11, 2017.

+ Can I submit material that is already published?

The abstract cannot be published at the time of submission.

+ What is the size of the poster?

4' high x 8' wide.

+ My abstract was accepted for a poster presentation. Is it required that I submit an electronic version of my poster?

Yes. PDF files of accepted posters are published on the Forum website and mobile app for attendees to view outside of the poster sessions.
